a fresh mediterranean inspired chickpea salad with red & green peppers & julienned carrots in a tangy flavourful vinaigrette.
Savouries
presentation of five tea sandwiches from:
*cucumber with herb cream cheese
*oven roasted & sundried tomato with cheddar cheese
*curried chicken with green apple &
mango chutney ❧
*egg salad with alfalfa sprouts
in a mini croissant ❧
*choice of:
lemony tuna with red pepper & spinach (df) or
roast beef with caramelized onions in foccacia bread(df) ❧
& a savoury mushroom filled crispy pastry
